The renovation of McKee House encompassed extensive updates to both the exterior and interior:

• The exterior work included a new roof, and the installation of new siding, windows,  doors, and decking. 

• The interior of the first floor was transformed, with all guest rooms updated with new furnishings, drywall, fresh paint, and improved lighting, and carpeting. The bathrooms were entirely remodeled.

• The living area of the first floor was expanded by converting two guest rooms into a spacious living room with a kitchen.

• The new kitchen now features a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and dishwasher, providing a comfortable and functional space for our guests.

  
  

This renovation project was a significant investment in the future of Gould Farm. The work was completed by Restorations Inc. in collaboration with our maintenance team. Restorations is the construction firm that recently completed building the new Roadside Store and Cafe.

Guests moved in McKee House in mid-October 2025 and love the brighter, more cheerful space. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the completion of this important project!
