Stephanie McMahon, MA (she/her)

Born and raised at Gould Farm to parents who initially volunteered here, Steph's connection to the mission of therapeutic communities runs deep, shaping her career trajectory and vocational ethos. She is passionate about social outreach and brings a host of skills in nonprofit marketing strategy to her role here.

Steph currently leads efforts to promote the organization through a variety of means for the ultimate goal of making the Farm more well-known in the mental health field and beyond. Her expertise is rooted in past roles such as director of operations at a therapeutic consulting firm, social media editor at the Goethe-Institut Boston and Collective Leadership Institute in Germany, and her entrepreneurial venture as the sole proprietor of Birdsong Communications, where she offered bespoke marketing solutions to a diverse nonprofit clientele.

Her academic pursuits include a Master of Arts in Health Communications from The Johns Hopkins University, various wilderness leadership trainings, and she is currently enrolled in an 18-month therapeutic massage program. In her free time, you can find Steph deep in the woods, marveling at the beauty of the world.
