Stacey Henson, LCSW, ACSW (she/her)

Director of Clinical Outreach

Stacey brings over 25 years of experience in behavioral health, with a career deeply rooted in both clinical care and program leadership. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Stacey combines direct service expertise with a strong systems perspective — from developing specialized PTSD treatment protocols for veterans to managing adult outpatient programs in her past roles — all while honoring the human stories at the heart of healing. Her rich background has prepared her to connect compassion, clinical insight, and strategic outreach in service of Gould Farm’s mission.

In her role as director of clinical outreach, Stacey is instrumental in expanding Gould Farm’s network of referral sources and strengthening relationships with hospitals, community organizations, clinicians, and families. Drawing upon her extensive experience building strong professional networks, securing funding for community initiatives, and designing innovative programs, Stacey helps raise the visibility of Gould Farm and make sure that those who need its healing community can find their way here. She collaborates closely with the admissions team to streamline referral and intake processes, provide education and support to prospective families.

Across her career, Stacey blends heartfelt connection with evidence-based practice — a blend that resonates profoundly with Gould Farm’s healing approach. Her aim is to connect people to care in a way that feels welcoming, personalized, and purposeful.
