Richard Goewey (he/him)

A lifelong resident of the area, Rich brings a broad and versatile skill set to Gould Farm’s maintenance team. Over the years, his diverse hands-on experience has naturally led him to maintenance, where no two days are the same and every project calls on a different set of trade skills.

Rich holds IT certifications from the American Career Institute and the University of Phoenix, as well as a Massachusetts Oil Burner license and a Lead Renovators license. He is also currently working toward his Grade 2 Wastewater Operator’s license. Through his work on the maintenance team, Rich helps ensure the physical heart of the Farm runs smoothly—providing a safe, comfortable space for guests to heal and reliable housing for the staff who support them.

Outside of his work at the Farm, Rich’s highest priority is spending quality time with his family. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching hockey, camping, and fishing in the local area.
