Nancy Masino-Martin, LICSW (she/her)
Interim Clinical Director
Nancy got her start in the field of mental health in 1998, when she began as a case manager in Gould Farm’s Boston Area Program. After several years working in our transition programs, Nancy earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Smith College and subsequently joined the Farm’s Clinical Team.
Today, Nancy serves as the interim Clinical Director and is a key member of Gould Farm’s leadership team. She finds deep satisfaction in working alongside colleagues to provide integrated, team-based care for individuals living with mental health challenges. Her passion for this work is profoundly influenced by her own family’s experience with mental illness, fueling her compassion and understanding for both Guests and their families. Nancy lives with her husband Eric, also a member of the Gould Farm team, and their three children.
