Clinical Team

Janna Delgado, MA, C-IAYT, AP-NAMA (she/her)

Clinician

Janna was drawn to Gould Farm’s unique, integrative model of community mental health, where the culture, land, and daily rhythms naturally promote wellness, connection, and sustainable healing. For her, Gould Farm offers both personal and professional alignment—a place to bring the fullness of her clinical skills while also tending to her own well-being through community, shared meals, and time in nature.

She brings over 20 years of experience supporting mental health and whole-person well-being through mindfulness, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and stress resilience. Her path has been shaped by a deep commitment to community, service, and volunteerism, beginning with her formative experience as a Kripalu Center volunteer—a role that sparked her lifelong dedication to integrative healing and the power of therapeutic community.

At Kripalu, Janna went on to develop and deliver nationally recognized programs that integrate mindfulness, yoga, and stress resilience practices, including Kripalu Yoga in the Schools and RISE. She has served as lead faculty and program mentor in research collaborations with Harvard Medical School and other institutions, focusing on the measurable impacts of mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga on mental health. This deep integration of clinical practice, evidence-based methods, and community-based healing remains central to her work today.

In addition to her extensive background in integrative health, Janna pursued a Master’s degree in mental health counseling to deepen her clinical practice. She has provided individual, group, and family therapy for adults, adolescents, and families navigating complex mental health and substance use challenges. Her approach integrates mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices with person-centered therapy to meet each guest where they are.

At Gould Farm, Janna provides guest-centered clinical support, thoughtfully weaving together evidence-based and integrative practices that align with each guest’s goals. She is honored to contribute to Gould Farm’s living model of community-based mental health care and is dedicated to walking alongside guests on their path to sustainable recovery and well-being.
