Francie Leventhal (she/her)
Francie joined the kitchen team at the farm in 2015. The following year she became the kitchen manager and shortly thereafter she also began running the Roadside Cafe. After a decade in marketing, Francie decided to switch paths and received her culinary degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. She brings a deep love of food and cooking to Gould Farm, and feels privileged to be able to share her passion and skills with guests in both the kitchen and at the cafe. For her, it is a cook’s dream to work at Gould Farm, where she is able to honor the bounty that is produced in the community and collaborate with the gardeners and farmers. She received her BA in Comparative Religion and Literature from the University of Rochester.
