Since 1978, Roadside Store and Cafe has been a fixture of Monterey, Massachusetts. In May of 2024, we will welcome the community once again to our table, this time in a brand new facility! Roadside is more than just a place to get your morning coffee and eggs; it's a beacon of community and social enterprise. We proudly source products locally - many of our products coming right from our own farm, garden, and bakery - creating flavorful dishes that celebrate the Berkshire's bounty while providing meaningful therapeutic work opportunities as part of Gould Farm's larger program. Our space fosters connections, where locals and travelers gather to share stories, forging friendships and a sense of belonging.  Roadside Store and Cafe isn't just a place to eat; it's a catalyst for social change, promoting inclusivity, dignity, and empowerment for all who sit at our tables.
