Patricia Sweeney, RN (she/her)

"My mother was a nurse. My two aunts were nurses. My twin sister is a nurse. Several of my cousins are nurses!" Trish began her vocation as a nurse in the 1980’s at the Children’s Seashore House in Atlantic City, NJ, a pediatric rehabilitation hospital on the boardwalk. She then began working in the adult inpatient psychiatric unit at Atlantic City Medical Center. Over ten years, Trish worked with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric psychiatric patients throughout several hospitals in New England. She has spent the past 18 years working in cardiac rehabilitation with some time in the recovery room and helping to restart Berkshire Medical Center’s ECT program. She has met so many good people in her experience as a nurse; patients and staff have enriched her life tremendously. .
