Lisa Lewis – Development Director

Lisa came to Gould Farm with an extensive, award-winning communications and development background. She has over 25 years of non-profit fundraising and communications experience, working primarily for health care and arts organizations. As the Director of Communications for a non-profit health care organization in San Francisco, her work was instrumental in establishing the city’s first public health plan serving low income families. Returning to her roots in the Northeast, Lisa has held senior positions in development and communications for several esteemed Berkshire non-profits, including the Austen Riggs Center in Stockbridge, MA, a nationally-recognized psychiatric treatment center.

Lisa is gratified by working with the community of Gould Farm donors. She has a deep appreciation for their commitment to the success of the Farm’s mission and for their generous financial support.  She takes great pleasure in her job, knowing that it is essential to facilitating recovery for people facing mental health challenges, and to ensuring that no one who needs treatment is turned away because of their ability to pay.

Lisa also takes great delight daily in being able to enjoy the Farm’s 700 acres of natural beauty and the bounty of farm grown produce and delicious meals!
