Gould Farm is the first residential therapeutic community in the nation dedicated to helping adults with mental illness move toward recovery, health and independence through community living, meaningful work, and modern clinical support.

   
    

Gould Farm sits on 650 acres of forestry and farm land and is located in the beautiful hills of Berkshire County in western Massachusetts. Founded almost a century ago by William and Agnes Gould the program includes participation in one of the Farm's many work programs, living in a supportive community setting and clinical therapy to provide a staged and supported transition towards recovery.

Gould Farm is a non profit organization licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health.
